Surprised!

A fairly early start to Craster this morning for a walk to Dunstanburgh castle before the masses arrived. After lunch we headed to Howick Boathouse, which in itself was a little underwhelming but the setting was fabulous. It’s been a mostly fine day but we did get caught in a heavy rain shower at the boathouse but we soon dried out.

My week has been very full on so far…I’ll need a holiday to get over it I think. 

The castle takes centre stage today, though I do think it looks surprised to see us!
