Deepest Helmsdale

Exhausted though we were (after having rowed across the Firth) the first item on the agenda was Groatie Buckies.   At John o'Groats Beach.  Obviously.  We were drookit, and some heavy showers on the road too. 

La Mirage was open.  It would have been ignorant not to pop in.  Slap up meal for £2 3s 6d.

Possibly the first, and last, time someone Blips a wife walking a dog in Helmsdale.
