In the sub-tropics?

... of south Lincolnshire! Mrs B took LMB to "Jo Jingles" tots' group in Bourne early this morning. I hitched a lift and had a mooch around the small town, while awaiting our prescriptions' preparation. Found a lovely wool shop and chatted to the proprietor for ages and bought a book of patterns. Promised I'd be back once we've moved to the area, by which time her shop will be in new premises, too.

After our respective activities, we three "girls" (!) visited a new-to-all-of-us garden centre, had a drink and snack and, after consultation with the aquarium staff, Mrs B bought a new tank for their sub-tropical fish. This palm tree was one of several where we sat at an outdoor table for our snacks. Really felt as if we were on holiday, but without the hassle of airports, etc.
