Postcard from Edinburgh #3 Queen Charlotte Street

Hi Everyone!
Took a stroll down to Leith today and went through New Kirk Gate shopping centre to the big Giles Street flats. The shopping centre was pretty dull and very quiet for the middle of the day. We walked under the flats, they're enormous and made me think of London, all those people piled one on top of the other. Anyway we found Queen Charlotte Street on the other side and it was like coming into a different world. These old places still have people living in them, but as you can see some of them are boarded up. Anyway, thought you might like this card - it's just like old times!
