On my walk today I passed the four London plane trees that are being cut down by the council after an assessment. This has enraged a few people, but the trees were found to be diseased and liable to fall. The council has promised to replace at least two.

I had a zoom meeting with some fellow Quakers last evening to discuss some business. It was good to see them. Although I was the oldest and definitely the least computer-savvy, I was able to give them a pointer or two on how to use zoom. Very satisfying!
