A crane and a letterbox

I happened to look out the window this morning and was amazed to see a large crane dominating the skyline not far below us.  We went out for a couple of hours after lunch and when we returned the crane had disappeared.  Obviously it was only required for a short time for a specific purpose.

We came across the decorated letterbox as we delivered a few leaflets in Ellerslie, so that made it into the blip as well.

There are 9,392 new community cases today, and the seven-day rolling average is 7,533, compared to 7,684 last Thursday. The number of people in hospital is 398, including 7 in ICU. Another 9 deaths have been reported, bringing the total number of deaths to 911 and the seven-day rolling average to 13.
