Men at work

A bright sunny day

All week long the men with their machines have been scraping off the top layer of the road, fixing the drain covers now they have began laying the new surface. It has been interesting watching how the team all work together in a well practiced manner. They have even allowed residents to navigate in and out, even though they were told the road would be closed. We parked our car outside the work area, especially as, being at the junction of the two roads, there was a lot of activity beside us.

It will be good to have it all finished, hopefully by the weekend.
