Whalley Viaduct

A full day at W's sisters in Lancashire.  We visited relatives this morning and then we took W's sister for lunch.  Afterwards we had a fairly long walk through some woods filled with bluebells and wild garlic, down into Whalley and looped round under the viaduct.  I took this shot on the way back up the hill again towards Whalley, and then carried on upwards again back to where we'd parked the car.

It's been a good couple of weeks but we are both ready to get home again. It's quite a long drive so we'll set off first thing in the morning so hopefully we will miss all the Friday traffic.
