Soup

Mixed bean and vegetable soup, and focaccia.

For a few months, I've been adding a few dried beans to a jar every time I used a different variety. Today I used the assortment to make a soup with mirepoix, kale, green beans, zucchini, and yellow squash. The soup finished nicely with some Tobasco. I also made focaccia for the first time, and it was delicious.
