Brisket

Brisket pot roast, lima beans, and broccoli.

This was decent. I've not cooked brisket much, but this was not a bad way to treat it. We had dinner a bit early so my husband could go to a colleague's going away get together. Rather than our usual Friday wine, we'll have some beer later (Anchor Steam Beer).
