Fake Burger

Beyond burger.

I tried an Impossible burger out of curiosity around the time the brand launched and thought it failed pretty miserably at its attempt to mimic beef (and it also had some disagreeable gastrointestinal effects). I finally got around to trying a Beyond burger for lunch today. It certainly does a better job than the Impossible, but it still isn't terribly convincing or that great as its own thing.
