Pork tenderloin medallions with spruce tip salt and black truffle butter, arugula salad with amchur vinaigrette, and garbanzo soup with tomato and thyme. Wine: Loring Rancho La Vigna Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir 2020.

Everything was excellent tonight. The pork came out particularly tender. As for the wine, Santa Rita Hills pinots never disappoint.
