Poppy

We went to Worcester today.  On arrival we walked along The Tything and found a very interesting, small coffee shop where we had a very nice coffee.  The Tything is one of the main roads into the city centre and is full of independent shops, pubs and cafes, a very interesting part of Worcester. It is also a short distance from Emma's house.

We met Emma and Rafferty at FRED's (Fine Rooms & English Dining), another Tything cafe, for lunch.  It has been a pleasant day, weather-wise, and we sat outside in their garden.  After lunch we went back to Emma's and had a nice time playing with Raffy.  He is now able to stand up either supported or unsupported, and can walk a few steps whilst pushing his trolley.  It is lovely to see him progressing. 

Whilst there I went out into the garden to see if there were any candidates for Flower Friday.  I spotted this single orange poppy.  This is SOOC.  I was surprised by the black background but I guess it was the sun position and the fact I had to use a high speed as it was wafting about in the breeze.  Thanks to BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.
