Puffin

A cycle around Westray and the day grew ever less grey and slightly drizzlyish, which was nice. The glossy ibises seem to have departed so pretty much the usual suspects, 1000s of kittiwakes, gannets, razorbill, guillemot, a few puffin on the cliffs and my first sedge warblers of the spring. When I was back home in Kirkwall I saw a post about a rarity at the Peedie Sea earlier- a grey-headed wagtail, so I headed back out and found the bird, a new one to me (extra), it was nearly 9pm so light was fading,.
