He's Back!

Jamie was a Race for Life regular in the pre-pandemic years and today he was back in action, this time doing the 5K at Aberystwyth.  Tilda, who' have been much happier on her bike, was his team-mate - see extra pic.   the threatened rain stayed away and ice cream sundaes were enjoyed in the post-event sunshine.

My race to be well enough to take him was thankfully won.   No ill effects from the early start and Meg had a proper walk late this afternoon.   Just as well I'm feeling better - work called, I'm in tomorrow now, covering for someone else who is poorly.
