Rosebank

It is only just over two miles from where I live and a walk round the main path takes only about 30 minutes, but this is the first visit I have made this year to Rosebank Community Woodland in Denny.

Perhaps the reason is because it's such a short walk and is pleasant without being overly spectacular, but whatever the reason it fitted the bill just perfectly this afternoon when I only had an hour or so available.

The birds were singing, the sun shone (albeit sporadically), and the bluebells and poppies added a dash of alternative colour to the greens and browns of the woodland. A pleasant walk, if a short one.
