AND CONTINUES

The Rev did us breakfast today to start our next day touring.
#We got into the centre and caught the tour bus again to the Oceanarium… it was fantastic…much better than I thought. The sea dragons and the otters were my favourite. It was a struggle walking round but well worth it.
Afterwards we found a nice place by the river to have a light lunch …honestly we could have stayed there all day!!!
#then we got the cable car along the river…it was Sue’s first time in one too.
We got a cab back to the centre as the tour route was so long then..
#we boarded the red hill tram…that went around the narrowest of streets.
We decided to go back to the apartment to posh up for an evening on the town!
#we then went up the Santa Justa lift…we queued for over an hour for a very underwhelming experience!!!! But it made us laugh…stupid tourists!!!
After an Italian meal in the very quiet town and a rather hysterical visit to an ice-cream parlour where they couldn’t coordinate flavours, tubs, cones or the bill!!!!
We went back to the apartment and got caught up in Eurovision…not something I usually watch but it was good to watch together.
