The fool on the hill

Isobel and India share a moment of calm. This is the fifth year Isobel has attended the Gala Concert at the BSH. Now she gets to play both cello and violin in two different orchestras. There's a clip here (with a brief commentary from Tilly) of the WIOS where Isobel plays violin. They play a lot of 'dancey' music - which is very good - but I think they should do more classical stuff because they are an extremely talented bunch.
The poor kids even had to do Elton John's very very lame Can you feel the love tonight for the finale - and we had to sing the bloody chorus. It's a crime against music and fine musicians.
Speaking of music: I recently watched Pop on trial on BBC4 and the 70s came out as the top decade for quality pop - I was right all along!
Well, if you could be less rounded-up-numbers focused it has to be 67 -77.
