The sun shone today and it shone all day!!!!

I've spent all week on the sofa with a seized back, neck and misalignment in my hips. And all because I picked up the laundry from the floor! Jeez

However yesterday a cancelled physio appointment was offered and my relief is immense. I feel battered and bruised but I can move gingerly around the garden and walked around the block too. Simple things. Now, pass the painkillers.
