Larger Than Life

The pink of the cherry blossom was striking in contrast to the dark green foliage behind on this quite gloomy evening. A few alliums coming into bloom to compliment the tree, which looks quite large in the image compared to real life. I'm not sure whether that is because of my lower perspective, the long lens and narrow field of view, or perhaps the wide spread of the branches from this angle. Either way, I thought it a dramatic sight.
