Our friend M. came over in her full Soviet rig tonight, quite formidable. We went for a cultural visit to the People's Republic of China (AKA our local Chinese restaurant) and sampled the culinary delights before coming home and taking this quick photograph with symbolic vodka in the background.

Good day in the office - beginning to bring order to chaos - and I like my colleagues. Working on the diet thing (not easy eating out when you have a restricted A list of foods). Lactose free cheese is surprisingly ok, bit like Gouda.

Busy day tomorrow. But sunshine is forecast...
