Stepping back in time

Sorry Ive been absent again, no idea where the time goes!

Today has been no less a whirlwind, a photography workshop this morning, with a friend from camera club, fellow blipper too, Fiona Robinson.  We were using plants and foliage to turn into prints, using cyanotype soaked paper and fabric, exposed in bright light, then washed off……..similar to a dark room process really, very enjoyable.

Then I was in the car and across Pendle Hill to Haworth in Yorkshire, to meet up with 3 more fellow blipper's, aka mambo, and the now not so regular blipping lovelupins and freyjad. So lovely to meet up after a long ol couple of years, at the Haworth 1940s weekend, two of us having lost our husbands too……but we are learning to survive and get on as best we can.

Ive learned not to take so many shots, was very restrained today……probably only a couple of dozen, but this one is my fav!!  They remind me of Les Dawson and Roy Kinnear, over the garden fence ;-))  Have added a couple ore in extras.

I'm hoping for a quiet relaxing walk in the morning and a more chilled out kind of day after todays escapades.
