Deviled eggs with chicken skin cracklings served on onion straws.
It's a busy day. We had a sailing class this morning, and we have a concert (including Mozart's Requiem) tonight. We went to a barbecue restaurant for a late lunch. These were our appetizer. I have never seen deviled eggs in a restaurant before (they are always a homemade or pot luck sort of food). The chicken skin was a welcome garnish.
