Lorna Lloyd artist and poet: museum display

P2P project members Hazel and Bruce are in Worcestershire preparing for the Diary of the war podcast series launch event this coming Tuesday. While Bruce was in the supermarket hunting down supplies of authentic* 1930s/40s biscuits for the breaks between the talks at the launch event, Hazel visited the Malvern Museum. Here she met museum curator Faith Renger (who will be giving a presentation on Tuesday) and admired the museum display boards about Lorna Lloyd's life and work (blipped).

The Malvern Observer published a short article about Lorna and the launch event on Friday. This may have contributed to another wee flurry of launch event ticket 'sales' over the past couple of days. 83 people have now booked their free tickets on EventBrite. There are plenty more available for anyone else who would like to join us at Great Malvern Priory on Tuesday. Do please come along if you are interested.
