Horse Chestnut

After church this morning we were contemplating a celebration in respect of our minister.  Gordon is retiring in August, and we have to mark it in some way.  Most people were in favour of a dinner..... I hope it goes ahead.

During my walk around the local area I often see this horse chestnut tree, and at present it looks magnificent with its flowers.  I look forward to the conkers in the autumn time.

Need to get cracking on preparing dinner, Cali should be here soon.
