It's behind you!

Browsing through Blips the other day as you do, I spotted one that looked vaguely familiar and was amazed to find that it wasIntothewildman   and he was out of his normal Norfolk habitat and in Kerry. An invitation was issued should he and Hanne Lene fancy nipping down to Cork - they did! The duly arrived late afternoon yesterday and we had a lovely relaxed evening catching up over pinot gris and spanakopita - plus treats from the French patisserie in Kenmare. Today we sauntered around the circuit minor in slightly soft conditions and lured them up to the stone circle, followed by a (dangerous) lunch in the rum shack at the Heron Gallery! They even asked to see a holy well - they did, honestly! Three of us (I was already asleep) had been slightly alarmed and mystified to hear what sound like gunshots and flashes of light shortly after going to bed. We couldn't think what it could be but sauntering on Kitchen Cove we discovered the answer - a pack  of fireworks, discarded glasses and tins of Bulmers. Hmm, 

Delightful company, lots in common and how nice to have a blip meet after many years.
