Quarry pond garden

This afternoon we visited a delightful garden in the village of Blebo Craigs, only a few miles from home, open under the Scotland’s Gardens Scheme which raises money for charity.

It is a large garden with a pond, many little paths and interesting features  and at this time of year the rhododendrons and blue meconopsis are at their best.

We left with some plants purchased for our garden and the promise that the lady gardener, who happens to be a friend and pet owning client, is going to visit us soon for advise in our own garden.
