Mission

It has been an uninspiring day, at the end of which I found an uninspiring Blip. 

It is the local park, as I powered my way through it on yet another anti-glucose mission. It looks bit neglected. 

The positive thing is that I did force myself out to do that walk on a day when motivation was low. I guess it must have been a 90 minute session, which is good in the circumstances.
