Dechreuais i'r diwrnod gyda rhediad i Dongwynlais (ac yn ôl).  Rydw i eithaf araf yn cymharu â phobl eraill (felly mae'n well peidio â chymharu) - mae'n cymryd tua dwy awr i mi, yno ac yn ôl eto. rydw i'n dal eisiau ehangu fy ystod i gyrraedd Castell Coch (fel roeddwn i wneud yn 2020), ond dydw i ddim yn gallu gwneud e eto.

Treuliodd y ddau ohonon ni chwe awr mewn arferion myfyrdod amrywiol.  Mae diwrnod llawn - heb lawer o amser i wneud llawer arall. Ond mae'n ddigon.

I started the day with a run to (and from) Tongwynlais. I'm pretty slow compared to other people (so it's best not to compare) - it takes me about two hours, there and back again. I still want to expand my range to reach Castell Coch (as I did in 2020), but I can't do it yet.

We both spent six hours in various meditation practices. A full day - with little time to do much else. But it is enough.
