Autumn

Basically, autumn is over, with most of the trees bare now.  I drove through our Botanical Gardens on the way home this afternoon, it was very pleasing to see some leaves hanging on. I'll tag this for Wide Wednesday trees - thanks Bobsbips.
Apart from my weekly supermarket shop this afternoon, I was on a mission to find something going to five different outlets;   the most places I have been to in one afternoon since COVID came to our shores over two years ago. And, it wasn't successful either.

Another mass shooting of school children in USA today, I'm feeling so much sadness, what they went through, and the unimaginable grief their families are experiencing.  I shake my head in dispair.
