A heady start

Another quick garden shot today with the macro lens (again!) before heading off into work to babysit support the deployment team delivering our project to Production running. One of the first few warm sunny days in the year and I'm stuck in the office with barely a glimpse of the outside world possible :(

The hyacinths are in full bloom now, and their scent as I wander round the garden is sweet and heady - Wonderful! Though looking back at my journal for 22 March 2012 you can see how late the season is - this same flower was nearly fully open then.
