L' Ascension

Le jour..

An annual event, the Cathedral Choir sang from the top of the tower early morning, much fun for for everyone especially the very young choristers. Much waving going on from both the roof of the tower and on the way back down as pictured, and from the ground!

Not the best sound of course from underneath the tower outside; a passer by commented how wonderful it was approaching down a nearby field on a hill, which makes sense.

Enjoyed attend a lunchtime "organ mediation" performance of L' Ascension.

Wellbeing 
Had my regular hospital appointment focussed today on the difficulty I have recently developed eating; all other symptoms much improved.

Live Well With Pain NHS web refresher session this afternoon, so a busy but very satisfying day.
