Is the steam supposed to come out of there?

It's been well over two weeks since I blipped a steam train so I thought it high time we had another.  Not entirely sure what was going on here; they were either deliberately trying to make me jump or trying to clear a blockage in one of the steam tubes.  I suspect the latter.  They were sending a few short, sharp (and noisy) blasts of steam through but I suspect it did the trick as it carried on round its train and back to Sheringham.
