Gloriously sunny today but the wind was strong and very cold.

I cannot believe that today Boris has quietly tweaked the ‘Ministerial Code’ and the consequences of breaking it! Resignation will no longer be expected, just an apology and maybe a minor punishment! Just when he’s about to face an enquiry about whether he lied to the House and broke the code! And it hasn’t even made the 6pm national news!!!

Why is this dictator still PM?
