The Hermitage, Dunkeld

We headed up to lochearnhead this morning. Mr Lif was doom and gloom predicting rain and winds. He got it wrong. All in all a fine day. First stop was a bacon buttie from the cafe on the shores of the loch. Then along the south road where we spotted some future new walks. After loch Earn it was over to Loch Tay via the falls of Dochart and then a rather "interesting" single track road for 17 miles along the loch to kenmore. Beautiful views all along the way.

We took the quick route home via Aberfeldy and stopped off at the Hermitage for the dogs to have a last stretch of their legs. Fish and chips from the Silvery Tay in Newport rounded off our little day trip quite nicely

Feet up now and cava in hand!

Mrs W if you are reading this. The spot in the pic is about 5 or 10 mins up the road from your Scottish holiday abode :)
