The Water Nymph

Celtic legend has it that three sisters, all water nymphs, met on Plynlimon to discuss the best way to get to the sea. Each sister set out on a different route; Ystwyth to the west and Varga (Wye) away to the south. Sabrina, who loved the land, set off on a slow meandering course that led her far to the east.
