Tammie's Trees

A chilly day, with the winds still from the north.  The odd shower, finally some sunny spells this evening, and a lovely sunset.

A morning about the house, and finally got out walkies with Sammy.  Met friend Julie for walkies in the afternoon.  I've been working in the shop this evening, and a steady night of customers.  Might try a pint tonight.

It's been a while since I've been north, so off we set after lunch.  We headed to a forest I've not been in yet, and a fairly new forest.  It's not overly wide, spread across a burn, but it is fairly long.  This past few years has seen good growth with the trees, and now starting to take nice shapes.  As we came to the end of the plantation, there's this lovely old bridge, but in the 1800s.  The trees were planted by Tammie Mouat of Ollaberry, must be a good 20 years ago.  Tammie's trees, East Burn Woods, Swinister, Northmavine.
