Chicken Cacciatore

This is my version of chicken cacciatore. It's one of my husband's and my favorite meals.

I used fettuccine pasta topped with a generous layer of provolone cheese, chicken breast, homemade sweet basil pasta sauce, topped with olive oil sauteed red peppers and then a sprinkle of more provolone cheese.

I served it with a medium bodied red wine from Australia. It was very good!
