Common Spotted

One of the orchids I don't need to leave home for - these Common Spotted orchids appear every year in my back garden. 

I went for my NHS abdominal aortic aneurysm screening which was interesting. I'm always intrigued to see my insides. Apparently I have the aorta of a twenty year old.  Its a pity the back, knees and shoulders feel very much older ...
