Buttercups

The park is full of buttercups at the moment.  The ground staff have mowed paths through the area, but left most of it wild to give a lovely display.

I have visited this park for many years, but today, for the first time, visited more remote areas which I had not been aware of. They included a large lake and some delighful paths through wooded areas. It is surprising to find new parts of familiar places.
