Alnwick Gardens

WEDNESDAY

The weather was much better this morning and we headed off to Alnwick Gardens where we spent most of the day. It's almost seven years since we were last here. We had a Pimms and lunch out in the sun and had fun revisiting water features.

An afternoon paddle in the sea at Alnwick Bay and then back to Wooperton Hall for a pizza evening. I brought my Panasonic bread maker (which makes pizza dough) and Harriet brought her pizza oven (see extra). We made several pizzas from scratch - blue cheese and mushroom; margarita;  pepperoni; vegetarian pepperoni with roasted peppers.
