Originally wanted to title this "In Oratio Et Labore Ne," which is Mary Cause of Our Joy's "motto" however, after a few minutes of using google, fell into the rabbit hole of suggestions. It is now exactly 5:55 AM and this mobile shot of #ChewtheChowChow has been uploaded both in Strava and 500PX and would be included in my personal hashtag : BlackandwhitebyS (all black and white shots I took in the 12 years I have been a photographer).

El Mismo Sol by Alvaro Soler is playing on shuffle, the one featuring Jennifer Lopez is such a feel good tune, no matter what am doing or feeling it makes me want to drop it and dance.:)
