Rain, wind and sun

Today has been very changeable, with rain, wind and sun making their appearance intermittently during the day. The temperature has dropped as well.

This morning I finished making the Feta by putting it into containers in a brine. I’m looking forward to tasting it tomorrow. I had a Pilates class this afternoon, then we went out to put up the weekend’s open home signs, returned home, and then went straight over to Mum’s to keep her company for an hour. Afterwards we caught the bus down to St Heliers and were delighted to bump into some friends we hadn’t seen for a while. We joined them for a drink and then the four off us went for an Italian meal together.

As I sat in the car waiting while hubby put up some open home signs, I saw the tree in the blip. The sun was shining on it and it seemed a nice shape. As it’s the only blip I had a chance to take today, it will have to do.
