I found that in Kobe there is a multi-storey car park that you can walk into free-of-charge and wander around looking at the cars that are due to go on auction. It's called U.S.S. (Used car System Solutions.) I took a wander around there today and saw a few interesting vehicles, particularly the A.C. Shelby Cobra. There was also a very dusty Rolls Royce Silver Shadow and a Ferrari 488 Pista. And yes, you can even purchase a fire engine!
