Striking

Back to the garden again, late in the day (again). A black background, this is what happens when shooting into the sun late in the afternoon.   
We've had a big day - window cleaning outside this morning, this afternoon gardening.
And in comparison with the temperatures yesterday, today has been like a summers day - so lovely, we even sat outside when having lunch. 
Got an email today to say one of my images has been chosen for the annual NZ Camera, so that is nice.  I've been very lucky having one chosen every year now for many years.  It is a lovely coffee table book.
