Sangria with her maj

First thing, I head for an Hellen Gallagher exhibition at the Centro Botín. It’s excellent - great visuals and excellent soundtrack!

Then it’s time for a quick lunch on the shore before getting on the ferry. A salad and a beer in the sun is just the thing.

After getting into my cabin I go exploring. There’s a weird event where the French crew are giving out sangria to celebrate the jubilee. It would be churlish to refuse.

Hours later, after a wee siesta, its dinner time. And dinner is excellent, Spanish themed, and accompanied by a carafe of Rioja tinto.

Without ever present internet I get down to reading and watching movies (a Sparks documentary and Nomadland) which take me through to bedtime.
