Festive blue

Today's MonoMonday theme is a festive colour mono and what is not festive about a balloon ? :-) What's more , this one is quite a hardy one, Jack and parents moved to Japan 12 weeks ago, so this one from his playpen here is at least 13 weeks old , if not older .
