Changing Gear

We returned home in time to put the central heating on (!), unpack, have lunch, and then for J to head off for her appointment.

I meanwhile headed to B&Q. We have major work commencing on our bathroom in the near future, and also want new tops and flooring in our kitchen. It’s all looking very tired. There are a lot of decisions we need to take, and because we have a fixed date for the bathroom works we need to move quickly. So my visit to the local B&Q was to have a look and to take plenty of photos, so J can also get her head around the options.

I have tagged this record shot for the mono Monday challenge, as it is very nearly monochrome. When all the work is finished we will definitely be celebrating.
