Bedraggled

An apt name for my lovely Poppies.  More rain today but at least some more inside jobs got done this morning, Friend's Birthday present finished and delivered.  I didn't think she would be at home when I dropped it off, but she was, and the rest of the afternoon ran away with me!!

Mr HB has been out all day, so didn't miss me but is glad I'm home now so I can go into the kitchen and produce dinner:  Salmon in a sweet chilli sauce, new pots, peas and broad beans. (Luckily my friend had a small amount of chilli sauce to spare which she gave me, as my bottle expired in 2019, apparently.)

Note:  must check my store cupboards regularly!
