The Penthouse

The 2 young plumbers showed up this morning and worked on all the 5 different projects successfully and were done by noon!   What a great day…we now have good pressure  and I can take a shower with more than a dribble…took 2 years but worth it..H gave them a bottle of wine.   
All is good as my gimpy heart has been acting up this week and after trying to figure out how to go somewhere to get a EKG (the one my watch does got sent as a pdf but wasn’t readable) and blood draw and then to get a monitor sent here as well as a new prescription when the mail to here takes forever…was too many parts…Much easier to go back to Seattle so now that the plumbers are done, we are on the ferry in the morning, hoping to return late friday. 
It was my zoom book club at noon today too…shortly before , an email comes from our book leader that she thinks she is having a heart attack and is on her way to the ER and can we postpone?   5 of us had a good chat anyway…and I think she did not have a heart attack but they are trying to figure out what.  
Life for Seniors can get exciting!
So…. the blip… we took a load of stuff to the car before dinner so as not to waste this trip as the ferry is pretty early for me…and I was hoping to catch the eagles that are around…several very young ones…but this is the best I can do…on the bc hydro pole …from the bouncey little boat ….better from the other side obviously,.   Will keep trying,  You’d think they’d prefer a lovely tree for a nest…
Otherwise it was going to be the extra…The Tree of LIfe..the puzzle I’ve had out for months…it was difficult to the last piece….and you can see there’s one missing/   but H found it later on the floor.
